On 12 July, 2024, Ms. Chuliepote Isarankura Na Ayudhaya, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Royal Thai Embassy, presented the prizes to Ms. Jonni S. (Instagram account @eatingwithjonni), one of the top ten winners with the “Most Liked Post” of the Songkran - Thai Restaurant Week event. The prizes included a restaurant gift card from Paragon Thai Restaurant, Thai tea mix products and a Thai silk elephant from the Royal Thai Embassy, and Thai food products from Food Gusto Inc. Paragon Thai Restaurant (Address: 3507 Connecticut Ave, NW, Washington, D.C. 20008). Ms. Araya Sreearayanpong, one of the owners of Paragon Thai, was also present at the ceremony to congratulate the prize-winner.

Paragon Thai Restaurant was recently given the “Best Curry Award” after participating in the Curry Cook Off. The competition was on June 2nd at Cleveland Park Day, an annual community festival organized by District Bridges, a DC non-profit.
