If you are interested in trading with Thailand, we recommend you to contact one of Department of International Trade Promotion’s Thai Trade Centers nearest to you. They can assist you by providing lists of verified suppliers, a calendar of and registration information for various trade shows and other business match-making services with Thailand.

Can you help with a trade dispute?

The Royal Thai Embassy in Washington, D.C. assists in a preliminary advice for complaints on business frauds but cannot intervene in, act as an intermediary or provide legal advice in disputes arisen from negotiation and mutual agreements of commercial nature.

For further assistance and consultation, please contact one of our Thai Trade Centers in New York, Chicago, Miami or Los Angeles. They can help with a trade dispute. Please email a copy of your documents identifying the problems. They will verify your case and provide you advice.

How can I verify Thai businesses?

Legal businesses in Thailand must register with the Department of Business Development (DBD) under the Ministry of Commerce.
