2026 Internship Program

          The Royal Thai Embassy welcomes internship applications from Thai and international students who meet the following criteria and qualifications:

• A full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university
  in the country of origin;
• Attain a minimum GPA of 3.0;
• Proficient in English;
• Able to participate in the program for a minimum of 8 weeks consecutively;
• Able to work during official hours of every weekday except public holidays;
• Able to perform any tasks assigned by the mentors (after selection).

Timeline:

• Monday, 5 January 2026 - Friday, 27 February 2026 - All documents submitted for consideration
• Monday, 9 March - Friday, 13 March 2026 (except weekend) - Interview process
• Thursday, 19 March 2026 - Successful candidates informed via email
• Tuesday, 5 May 2026- Friday, 30 April 2027 - Internship period (any period of time for 8 weeks or more consecutively)

2. Submit the following documents in PDF format via email to

• Required documents

          - copy of ID card and passport

          - copy of transcript

          - resume

          - a one-page statement of purpose in English and a one-page statement of   

             purpose in Thai (additional for Thai students only)

          - a referral letter from the University

          - proof of legal residence in the United States for non-citizens

• Supporting document (optional but recommended for non-native
  English speakers)

          - copy of English proficiency test result (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, TU-GET,    

            CU-TEP)

     Important notes:

1. This is an unpaid internship with no benefits, housing, or other allowances provided.
2. Interns are responsible for their own personal health insurance while interning in the United States.
3. The internship may be terminated at any time due to misconduct or inappropriate behavior.
