On 9 October 2024, Dr. Suriya Chindawongse, Ambassador of Thailand to the United States, along with Mr. Nanthapol Sudbanthad, Director of the Thailand Board of Investment, New York Office, met Mr. Bob Bruggeworth, CEO and President of Qorvo, at Qorvo headquarters in Greensboro, NC, and toured the facilities. On this occasion, both sides discussed the trends in the global semiconductor industry and potential investment opportunities in the region and cooperation with Thailand.
