On 11 February 1024, H.E. Mr. Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, chaired a Team Thailand meeting at the Royal Thai Embassy in Washington, D.C. H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, was also in attendance.
During the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister was briefed by heads of Team Thailand agencies about their operation and he gave policy guidance to them to work constructively together in accordance with the government’s proactive economic foreign policy. This includes the promotion of Thailand’s role, both in the region and at the international level, as well as following up of developments that have served Thailand’s interests and those that are mutually beneficial to both countries.
