On 17 September 2025, H.E. Dr. Suriya Chindawongse, Ambassador of Thailand to the United States, presided over a floral tribute ceremony on the auspicious occasion of the 100th Anniversary
of the Birth of His Majesty King Ananda Mahidol, 20 September 2025, at the Royal Thai Embassy.

In addition, on 19 September 2025, the Ambassador presided over a Buddhist chanting ceremony
and offered lunch alms to the monks as a royal merit-making tribute, followed by a volunteer activity
to clean the ordination hall at Wat Thai Washington, D.C. The event was attended by Heads of Team Thailand agencies, officials, and their spouses.
