H.E. Mr. Pichai Naripthaphan, Minister of Commerce of Thailand, led a delegation to Washington, D.C., accompanied by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, the Director-General of the Department of Trade Negotiations, and officials from the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand.
 
The visit concluded successfully, with the Minister and his delegation participating in key engagements, including the National Prayer Breakfast and meetings with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (USCC) and the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) and some U.S. companies. Additionally, the Minister held discussions with several key members of the U.S. Congress, including Senator Tammy Duckworth, Senator Pete Ricketts, and Representative Adrian Smith.
 
H.E. Dr. Suriya Chindawongse, Ambassador of Thailand to the U.S., along with Ms. Supawadee Yamgamol, Minister (Commercial), and officers from the Royal Thai Embassy and the Office of Commercial Affairs, warmly welcomed and accompanied the Minister and his delegation throughout their engagements.
