Thailand’s global pop superstar Blackpink Lisa will make her acting debut in the third season of the HBO hit series The White Lotus, which is being filmed in Thailand, Variety reported. Days earlier, the singer announced she was founding her own talent management agency.

The White Lotus is a comedic drama and satire set in a fictional global resort chain. The third season will be filmed in Thailand at popular resorts in Bangkok, Phuket and Koh Samui. The first two seasons, which garnered the show 43 Emmy nominations, were set in Hawaii and Sicily.

Neither the show’s producers nor Lisa disclosed what role she would play in the show.

Earlier, Lisa announced her first foray into the world of business, saying that she had formed her own talent management agency named Lloud Company. She is its Chief Executive Officer.

Within hours of announcing her new firm, electronic billboards advertising Lloud appeared in New York City’s iconic Times Square. Lisa is the only artist with Lloud at the moment, but she is expected to sign others. She referred to Lloud as her platform.

Last year was truly a breakthrough for Lisa as she broke three Guinness World Records: Most Instagram followers for a K-Pop artist, and the first solo K-Pop winner at both the MTV Video Music Awards and the MTV Europe Music Awards.
