On 12 December 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy organized a fiftieth day merit-making ceremony dedicated to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at Wat Tummaprateip Washington D.C. The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Dr. Suriya Chindawongse, Ambassador of Thailand to the U.S., and attended by heads of Thai government agencies under "Team Thailand" in the U.S., along with officials, staffs and their families, as well as members of the Thai community in the Washington, D.C. and nearby States. On this occasion, the Ambassador led the participants in meditation, dedicating the merit as a royal tribute in remembrance of Her Majesty.

The Royal Thai Embassy will hold a hundredth day merit ceremony on 31 January 2025, at 10.00 hrs. at Wat Thai Washington, D.C.
