On 19 November 2025, H.E. Dr. Suriya Chindawongse, Ambassador of Thailand to the United States, presided over a Buddhist chanting ceremony and offered lunch to the monks, followed by a volunteer activity to clean the ordination hall at Wat Yarnna Rangsee, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the passing of His Majesty King Vajiravudh (Rama VI) on 25 November and the 100th anniversary of the birth of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda on 24 November. The event was attended by Heads of Team Thailand agencies, Team Thailand officials and staff, their spouses, as well as members of the Thai community in Washington, D.C., and nearby States.

In addition, on 24 November 2025, the Ambassador presided over a wreath-laying ceremony in homage before the portrait of His Majesty King Vajiravudh (Rama VI), and a floral tribute ceremony in honor of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda, on these two occasions. The ceremony was held at the Royal Thai Embassy, with participation from Heads of Team Thailand agencies, Team Thailand officials, and their spouses.
