1. After the applicant contacts Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (Thailand Elite) and receives an official confirmation letter from Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., (please see 1.5 below), all applicants are required to email [email protected] regarding the Visa sticker before mailing all the documents to the Royal Thai Embassy. When receiving a confirmation email, please mail the following original documents directly to the Embassy to request the affix of a visa. 

1.1 Passport book

1.2 Two passport-size photographs (2″x 2″) 

1.3 Visa application form (Download) 

1.4 A copy of flight confirmation/ reservation, showing going from the US to Thailand.

1.5 An official confirmation letter from Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., or the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, or relevant government agencies. (Please note that the email confirmation does not suffice).

1.6 Pre-paid envelope to your address. The Embassy will use this envelope to return your Passport (Normally, applicants use USPS priority express with the pre-paid label or put stamps on it). Please note the tracking number of your envelope as well.
