The Royal Thai Embassy in Washington, D.C. provides registration services for Thai nationals currently residing in the 13 states within its jurisdiction, as follows

2. General Information |
Royal Thai Embassy Provides signature certification services on power of attorney for land and condominium buildings. Applicants can print or download the form below. 2.1 Land power of attorney letter Tor.Dor. 21 2.2 Power of attorney (Land does not have a title deed, Tor. Or. 4) 2.3 Power of attorney (Condominium building A.C. 21) ***Regional/district offices often require the presentation of a certified true copy of the passport issued by the Royal Thai Embassy attached with power of attorney*** ***The Royal Thai Embassy does not certify signatures on incompletely filled-out documents*** ***The Royal Thai Embassy only certifies the signature of the petitioner not certifying any message that appears in the document** |
3. Required documents |
3.1 Fill out the application form [Download] 3.2 Notary Public for Signature certification form [Download] which you must sign in front of a Notary Public officer to certify your signature. 3.3 Fill out the power of attorney that you want your signature to be certified. The petitioner must complete 1 set of details in the power of attorney form (choose to fill out only 1 form as required). -Land power of attorney letter Tor.Dor. 21 -Power of attorney (Land does not have a title deed, Tor. Or. 4) -Power of attorney (Condominium building A.C. 21) 3.4 a copy of the power of attorney or a copy of the above consent letter. 3.5 Valid Original Thai passport or an original Thai National ID card. (either one) along with a copy *In the case the applicant does not want to send a Thai passport or a real Thai ID card. A copy of your Thai ID card or a copy of your Thai passport must be notarized by a Notary Public along with 1 photocopy.

4. Fees |
4.1 The translation certification fee is USD 15.00 per stamp. (This is for the translation certification process. Royal Thai Embassy must certify the original Thai official document first. In order to be able to certify the translated document, for example, certify the original document for 15.00 USD and certify the translation for 15.00 USD, for a total of 30 USD) 4.2 Pay the fee by Money Order or Cashier's Check payable to "Royal Thai Embassy" only. |
