On 6 June 2025, Ms. Chuliepote Isarankura Na Ayudhaya, Chargé d’Affaires of the Royal Thai Embassy in Washington, D.C., together with officials and staff from the Royal Thai Embassy joined delegates from the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), led by Mr. Phuripan Bunnag, Deputy Director and Acting Director of TCEB, along with representatives from Bangkok, led by Mr. Pimuk Simaroj, Secretary to the Governor of Bangkok at a meeting with Mr. Japer Bowles, Director of the Mayor’s Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Affairs (MOLGBTQA), at the WorldPride Headquarters in Washington, D.C. The two sides shared experiences and discussed Thailand’s preparations and approach for bidding to host InterPride World Conference 2025 and WorldPride 2030.
