On 24 July 2023, the Royal Thai Embassy, Washington DC, organized a royal volunteer activity in honor of His Majesty the King at Vida Senior Centers, a non-profit organization providing services to economically disadvantaged seniors in Washington, D.C.  Ambassador Tanee Sangrat led Team Thailand officials to offer packages of non-perishable goods to the seniors as well as live music performances by the M. Bassy Band. The seniors sang and danced merrily and warmly engaged with Team Thailand officials, which was good for mental health and physical wellness.
