Ambassador Suriya expressed his appreciation to the Department of Commerce (DOC) for arranging the visit of the President’s Export Council (PEC) members to Thailand in March and sought the U.S.’ continued support for Thai investment in the U.S.

Both sides also discussed ways to further enhance cooperation in several key industry sectors, including semiconductor, electric vehicle (EV), artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and clean energy transition, as well as the ongoing cooperation under the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
