On 1 Feb 2023, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isaarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, and H.E. Mr. Robert Godec, U.S. Ambassador to Thailand, celebrated the beginning of the 190th anniversary of U.S.-Thailand diplomatic relations at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence.

During the celebration, both sides unveiled the logo with the hashtag #190ThaiUS and the theme “Together, we have been weaving the fabric of our partnership for 190 years!,” including activity plans that both the Thai and American sides will organize throughout the year. There were more than 100 participants from many different sectors, comprising government officials, business people, civil society representatives and youth leaders.
