2025 Internship Program
The Royal Thai Embassy welcomes internship applications from Thai and international students who meet the following criteria and qualifications:
- A full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university
in the country of origin;
- Attain a minimum GPA of 3.0;
- Proficient in English;
- Able to participate in the program for a minimum of 8 weeks consecutively;
- Able to work during official hours of every weekday except public holidays;
- Able to perform any tasks assigned by the mentors (after selection).
Timeline:
- Friday, 14 March 2025 - All documents submitted for consideration
- Tuesday, 1 April - Thursday, 10 April 2025 (except weekend) -
Interview process
- Thursday, 17 April 2025 - Successful candidates informed via email.
- Thursday, 1 May 2025 - Thursday, 30 April 2026 - Internship period
(any period of time for 8 weeks or more consecutively)

- Submit the following documents in PDF format via email to

- copy of ID card and passport
- copy of transcript
- resume
- a one-page statement of purpose in English and a one-page statement of
purpose in Thai (additional for Thai students only)
- referral letter from the University
- proof of legal residence in the United States for non-citizens
- Supporting document (optional but recommended for non-native
English speakers)
- copy of English proficiency test result (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, TU-GET,
CU-TEP)
Important notes:
- This is an unpaid internship with no benefits, housing, or other allowances provided.
- Interns are responsible for their own personal health insurance while interning in the United States.
- The internship may be terminated at any time due to misconduct or inappropriate behavior.
